What mailing list formats do you accept?
We can accept Excel, Comma and Tab Delimited and Dbase Files.

How should we send you our print files?
Save them as PDF files or In the original program that it was created.

What are your business hours?
We are open from 8:30AM until 5:00PM Monday thru Friday. Closed weekends and all majorHolidays.

What are your payment terms?
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless you have an approved credit application on file. If approved, payment for services is due in 30 days. Payment for postage is due prior to the mailing date. Printing deposits (half the printing cost) are due before we start your job.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, local checks, major credit cards, debit cards, money orders, and cashiers’ checks.

Can we use your mailing permit?
You may use any of our mailing permits (1st Class, Standard A, and Pre-Cancelled Stamp Permits), providing we are the company providing your mailing services. Check with us first before you start printing. We do not charge our clients to use our permit.

How do we set up an indicia for mass mailing?
Contact us first before you start printing, because the wording has to be correct.

Can you provide us with a mailing list?
Yes. We are able to provide a number of different type mailing lists. We provide Consumer lists, Resident lists, Business lists, Home owner Lists, and Specialty Lists. Call or email us for details.

Are you able to assist us in List Maintenance?
Yes. We can maintain your mailing list. Additionally, we provide duplication checking services also.

Do you provide pick – up and delivery services?
Yes. Contact us for details. Let us know your location.
